Refund Policy

This policy explains how ParlePal handles refund requests for minute packs and digital access purchases.

1. Digital Product Policy

ParlePal sells digital products and access-based services, including minute-based credits for AI speaking practice. Because these products are digital and can be used immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not guaranteed once credits have been delivered or used.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

We may review refund requests in circumstances such as duplicate purchases, technical failures that prevented access, incorrect crediting, or accidental billing issues. Refund decisions are made at ParlePal's discretion and may also depend on the policies of the payment provider used at checkout.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are less likely to be granted when purchased credits have already been fully or partially used, when access was available but unused, or when the request is based solely on a change of mind after digital delivery.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact ParlePal support and include the purchase date, email address used for the account, and any relevant checkout or billing reference. We recommend contacting support as soon as possible after the issue occurs.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact ParlePal first so we can try to resolve the issue. Payment disputes may be reviewed by the relevant billing or payment provider under their own policies and timelines.
